ABOUT THE COMPANY.
A respectable Property Management Group who own several Commercial and Retail buildings in Sydney. They manage the overall building, completing office fitouts, refurbishments and make goods inhouse. ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for the refurbishment, make goods, and upgrades of their commercial and retail building in Sydney's CBD. You will deliver building upgrades, commercial office fitouts and lobby refurbishments. You will be responsible for organising and managing contractors, to ensure timelines are met. You will be required to work with Senior Management and Tenants to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard. You will take on the responsibility to ensure new and existing tenants are provided with adequate updates. You will work Monday to Friday work week.
DUTIES.
- SWMS, inductions and safety management
- Contractor management
- Documentation
- Procurement of trades and contractors
- Manage the handover/delivery of projects
- Program and schedule works
- Liaise with tenants
- General maintenance
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Site Management experience on Commercial Office fitouts or refurbishments
- Qualifications in Project Management, Building or Construction
- Team player, strong work ethic and energetic nature
- Ability to take responsibility and accountability
- Strong communication skills, to liaise with tenants
- Superior time management and prioritisation skills
