Based in their Brisbane office you will be Working within the property team, the focus of your role will be to ensure all construction projects under your control are delivered in a timely and well-coordinated fashion.

The Job

Reporting into the Director, you will be working alongside other construction professionals delivering works across this retail property portfolio. Your duties will include:

• Store visits and liaison with store managers and employees
• Engagement with relevant contractors to ensure delivery of works
• Engage with relevant planning authorities, architectural design teams and contractors to ensure RFI's, design and plans are in place across all stakeholders
• Hold the contractor accountable for a safe and clean site
• Read and understand construction drawings, plans and contracts

This role is well suited for a current client side or construction Project Manager, Senior Project Manager who is looking for a role within a consultancy who have a large portfolio of freehold and lease hold properties. You will need to meet the below list of criteria to be considered:

• 5 + years in the construction industry in a Project / Senior Project Management role
• Experience working on or delivering construction projects in retail
• Have a stable work history
• You will be degree qualified construction professional
• Hold a valid Australian drivers licence
• Be a full time resident or citizen of Australia
