Our client is a well-established head contractor in the high rise and commercial market. They work in a number of different sectors including; Education, Healthcare, Commercial and Mix use.
They have seen significant growth and have a solid pipeline of work moving forward, therefore they are looking for an Estimating Manager to join their team. 

Roles and Responsibilities of the Estimator will include:

• Managing the estimating team
• Perform trade break ups of documentation, appropriate trade subcontractor selection lists, and liaise with subcontractors to ensure they have a full understanding of the required scope of works and programme
• Final preparation and presentation of rated and coded Bill of Quantities and/or cost plan for internal review and issuing appropriate information to stakeholders
• Regular meetings with subcontractors throughout the tender period to ensure the most competitive pricing and accurate bids

Essential criteria for the Estimator joining:

• Demonstrated analytical abilities 
• Have some knowledge of Building Services
• Proven experience as an estimator in commercial Construction/Fit Out
• Tender up to $100m
• Strong attention to detail
