A Project Manager job with a government body delivering building projects across Victoria.

Your new company
A Project Manager role has become available with a high profile government body in Melbourne. This organisation has a very large pipeline of building related projects for the next several years.

Your new role
As a key member of the major projects team, you will report to a Program Manager and be responsible for the end - end delivery of projects that consist of new build, refurb and fit outs. These projects will be spread across the state of Victoria and you will be required to manage the entire project process from the initial brief stage, tendering, managing variations, reporting and right through to hand over.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have an Architecture qualification and proven experience delivering building projects. Your communication skills will be exceptional because managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders will be key to your success in the role. You will have the ability to manage multiple tasks at a time and be able to think on your feet to resolve any problems that may arise.
