Landscape Construction: Project Manager.
On behalf of our Client we are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager in the Ballarat area who has had extensive experience working in Landscaping Project Management.
The position will require a very confident and experienced Project Manager.
Successful applicants must:

Be highly skilled in managing a team of 8 or more qualified landscapers.

Liaise confidently with clients.

Excellent time, communication and management skills.

The ability to multi-task and exceptional attention to detail.

Experienced in quoting and estimating jobs/new projects, ensuring they are in line with company budget.

Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings.

Minimum 20 years’ experience in all forms of landscaping, in particular hard landscaping including, but not limited to formed concrete, asphalt, stone paving, soft landscaping and turf.

Solid plant background and knowledge.
-
License and experience in operating skid steer loaders, excavators and trucks.
