Senior Contracts Administrator Required
Your new company
My client is an established Tier one contractor in the Australian civil construction market and due to their rapid growth, they are seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join their team on a min 6 month contract.
Your new role
As a Senior Contract Administrator you will be working in a tight knit team and report to the Project Manager where you will be responsible for procuring all trades and subcontractor services for the project.
Your key duties will be:
- Working with stakeholders to identifying needs of the project
- Preparing to market documentation and evaluating responses
- Negotiating price and variations
- Managing the contracts and ensuring compliance from suppliers
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills and commercial acumen
- Understanding of the Australian civil construction market
- Attention to detail is a must with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
