Pindan is one of Western Australia’s leading and fastest growing building construction and development management companies. Our expertise includes commercial and residential building projects, such as multi-storey residential, medium density developments, aged-care facilities, resorts, colleges, offices, warehouses, schools, shopping centres etc.
We are currently seeking the services of an enthusiastic, pro-active and experienced person with a minimum of 5 years commercial construction experience to fill the position of Estimator working as a part of the team at our Head Office in Belmont.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- preparing accurate tenders and quotations;
- providing budget cost estimates;
- following up on submitted tenders and quotations;
- developing relationships with key people in our client companies;
- Identify Value Engineering/Cost Saving areas.
The successful candidate will:
- be committed to achieving a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and presentation within tight deadlines;
- be a motivated self-starter with a high degree of personal and professional integrity;
- be a proactive and organised team player with strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- be competent and confident in Microsoft Office, experience using Bid Contender would be advantageous; and
- hold relevant qualifications.
