THE ROLE
Conceptual Interiors are looking for a Cadet estimator with knowledge or interest in the commercial fit out and construction industry to join our growing specialist commercial fit out and construction company. You will be a fast learner with both office and job coordination skills to provide support to our estimating and project delivery team.
A keen self-starter with the ability to juggle requests and workload prioritisation, possess attention to detail, adaptability and flexibility will ensure your success in this role.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Assist in submitting competitive comprehensive tenders
- Contact suppliers for detailed quotations to ensure all tenders are competitive within the current market
- General Office administration
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Graduate and or 1-2 year's experience in the building and construction industry.
- Microsoft Office, excel
- Cubit, Build soft CostX
- Interest in fit out and refurbishment industry
