Residential building company located on Sydney's Northern Beaches is looking for an experience carpenter who prefers working within a small team environment. The applicant will need to have a sound understanding of wall and roof framing, have the ability to produce work with minimal tolerances and understand the necessary measures needed to complete high end finishes. They will need good communication skills and poses the ability to manage trades, calculate and order materials and at times be able to work on their own.
Most projects completed by our company come from past clients, referrals, interior designers and architects.
Position requirements:
- Minimum 1 years experience as licensed carpenter
- Own tools, transport and insurances
- Enjoy working in a small team environment / be a team player
- Have good communication skills and clean vocabulary
- Have the able to work unsupervised
- Have the ability to self delegate
- Immediate start
Leading hand/site foreman opportunities may be available for the right candidate in the future.
