The Opportunity
S&K Group is an established high end residential and boutique commercial design and construct firm.
Our office is located in Malvern and we are currently working on projects in Malvern, Fitzroy, Toorak and Caulfield.
We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and building projects to a high standard. We have long lasting relationships with our clients, subcontractors and external consultants and recognise this is due to the hard work of the entire team at S&K Group.
We are looking for a Site Manager to join our company and work collaboratively within our established team. You will have support from our Construction Manager and Project Management staff.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate:
- Trade qualified carpenter and demonstrate ability to manage a site
- Experience in high end residential work and have well developed skills and attention to detail
- Experience in driving, programming and managing subcontractors
- Excel when working in a team environment as well as autonomously
- Ensure a high level of communication and teamwork through direct communications and on-site meetings
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Passionate about the work you do
- Have the ability to run smaller projects independently and operate within a larger team on larger projects
- Have a white card
- Have own PPE
