Senior Building Supervisor, Residential Construction Site, Geelong and Melbourne West Locations. $100 -120k+
Your new company
This growing building company specialises in residential community developments across Victoria. Growing exponentially, they have a healthy pipeline of work over the next several years.
Your new role
You will be the Senior Supervisor overseeing the construction of 15-25 new homes at any one time, end to end. You will organise materials, schedule and manage sub-contractors; liaise with internal departments and customers; ensure projects are completed on time and budgets; and ensure a quality finish is delivered.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven and stable background working within the project homebuilding sector. For this senior position, a minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience is strongly desired. You will also possess a strong understanding of Work Health and Safety; Building Codes and Regulations; Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts; Established network of trades and suppliers within the Geelong and Melbourne West areas; and strong commercial acumen.
It is also strongly desired that you have experience and proficiency using scheduling software and possess some tertiary study.

Salary will be negotiated for the successful individual, however likely in the $100,000 to $120,000 per annum plus super range and car.
