Our client, a healthcare provider on the North Shore, is looking for a Project Coordinator to provide support to the Project Management team. The successful candidate will be managing various construction projects concurrently, up to around 70 per year, including minor works and refurbishments. The successful candidate will come from a construction or facilities management background and have a good understanding of the construction project management life cycle.
Your main responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all projects are achieving on budget and within the outlined time frame
- Accurately communicating relevant project information to internal and external stakeholders
- Tracking the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades
- Assisting with the review of contractor quotations
- Preparing documents for contractors and processing invoices
You will be / have:
- Degree qualified in a Construction related field of study
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at the same time
- Strong computer literacy skills
