The Opportunity
Our client continue to experience success in the Construction and Property market, with an outstanding reputation in the industry for their quality projects. Undertaking only a limited number of projects each year, they ensure their clients have unwavered focus and access to their direct project team. With an in-house capability and capacity to undertake projects from concept to completion, they are proud of their service offering and team environment. They are seeking a Site Manager to join their professional and dedicated team in executing exciting South Australian projects.
The Role
You can expect to manage a solid pipeline of existing projects, ranging between $2m to $15m. Delivering a wide variety of prestige projects, you have the opportunity to be exposed to different elements outside of your existing construction knowledge. Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to scheduling of works, managing sub-contractors and trades whilst ensuring that all work on site is completed to the highest of standard, ensuring completion is on time and within budget. Leading by example and supporting your site team will be of the utmost importance, as well as directing site establishment from start to finish.

The successful candidate will have considerable experience as a Site Manager and clear knowledge of relevant construction practices, standards and OHS. White card and trade qualifications are a must, along with a desire to grow in your career. You will be open and transparent in all forms of communication and believe in putting forward a professional standard when interacting with senior management, contractors and clients.
