Michael Page are currently engaged by a well regarded Tier 2 builder to recruit a Site Manager with experience on multi-level apartments and/or commercial building in the $10-30m range.

Client Details

Our client is a well regarded Tier 2 builder who have built a strong reputation as an employer who looks after their staff. They have a full work book for 2018 and have managed to sustain a strong work flow from building strong relationships with a number of key repeat clients.

Description

Key responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the Project Manager to come up with innovative solutions to building methodology challenges
• Liaising closely with architects, engineers and other external stakeholders
• Ensuring a safe work environment is maintained at all times

Profile

Selection criteria will include:

• A strong track record delivering commercial and/or high rise residential projects in the $10-30m range
• A stable work history / track record of staying with employers for 3+ years
• QBCC Site Supervisor licence preferred
• Trade background preferred
