This boutique building company has been delivering a range of projects in prestige markets across Brisbane for the last 10 years. Working with leading architects and development firms they undertake a range of projects including stand-alone luxury homes, town house developments, and apartment projects, as well as commercial construction.
There is currently an opening for an experienced site supervisor to work on a strong pipeline of projects across various residential segments. The role will be across multiple sites, with leading hand tradesmen on the ground. It will involve pre-construction planning and sequencing, site establishment, construction delivery and hand-over management.
With a skilled team of tradesmen and leading hands and strong relationships with leading sub-contractors this is an ideal role for an accomplished residential supervisor looking to move away from volume type building and gain exposure to commercial construction as well has high-end finishes and cutting edge design.
