Your new company
This tier 2 builder have a proven track record of delivering high quality projects for clients across the public and private sectors. Here in Newcastle, they have a number of projects valued at around $25M including this aged care development on the outskirts of Newcastle
Your new role
- Working collaboratively with sub-contractors to achieve project milestones
- Procurement of materials and equipment in line with project programme
- Management of WHS across your section of the project
- Reporting on project progress to the site foreman and site manager
- Mentoring and training of apprentices
What you'll need to succeed
- Trade qualification along with previous experience in a leading hand or supervisor
- Experience in the commercial building sector
- A professional attitude and strong communication skills
- Strong structures and fit-out experience
