About the role
Based in Ipswich, in this role you will be vital to ensuring safety is managed on site while having a strong focus on quality, people, integrity and customer service.
Responsible for executing production plans, you will need to understand quality standards, work in progress, reject/rework status and maintenance plans.
You will need to be flexible with your own time but also understand how to successfully lead teams across multiple shift patterns.
About you
Leading a team of 40 plus people, you will need an extensive background in managing similar just-in-time manufacturing environments.
With relevant tertiary qualifications in mechanical engineering or similar, you will need to be a true leader that understands how to energise a team to exceed targets.
Delivering results across all areas of the business including safety, quality, people and budgets, you be vital in the operations ongoing success.
