• Report to the State Manager running projects $5-$50 Million

The Role
Generally working on 1 project at a time if it totals in excess of $10 Million or a portfolio of jobs under this value, you will have a dedicated CA and Cadet assigned to you with the potential for more support depending on the variety of projects available to you. Traditionally working on Hard Dollar, Construct only projects, you will mostly be working on residential and education projects.
  
Reporting to the NSW State Manager who is a highly respected figure in NSW' Construction industry, you will be given clear direction and support across company expectations. Given full autonomy over your projects, you will be responsible for the financial prosperity of your jobs, developing close ties with your clients, subbies and consultants, and for creating an enjoyable working environment for your team members.
  
Qualifications & Experience
You will be a standalone Project Manager with the ability to deliver single projects to $40 Million
You will have excellent relationships with clients, sub contractors and consultants alike and be able to produce references in each section
You will traditionally have worked within the mid tier and be able to demonstrate considerable longevity in your employment history
You will be presentable in appearance and have excellent written and verbal communication ability
You will have had previous experience with Stakeholder management
You will have a minimum 10 years industry experience either coming from a degree or trade background
