The Company
Our client is within the Social Housing sector and will be part of change in this area over the next 10 years.  As the organisation plays a critical role within NSW's new model for Social Housing, this will be an opportunity for you to make your mark.

The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of surveyors and titling officers in support of the project design.  Your responsibilities will include:

• Be a team lead in technical surveying, survey drafting and titling advice
• Certify subdivisions and subdivision activities in accordance with legislation
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on relevant matters
• Establish working relationships within project groups/teams
• Review and assess complex survey and titling cases
• Manage work health and safety risks
• Work with the team to minimize risk management
• Oversee external contractors 

The Person
The successful candidate will have a relevant degree in Surveying and Titling or demonstrated experience.  You will have team lead/management experience and have advanced communication skills both written and oral.
