A fantastic opportunity has become available for a strong Project Co-Ordinator to join my client who are a well established large construction firm with a strong name in the Civils & Infrastructure market across Australia. This position will be based in the Western Suburbs. 

Responsibilities:

• Involvement in multiple projects
• A level of contract administration which will be learnt on the job
• Cost reporting and forecasting
• Managing logistics
• Manage sub-contracts
• Managing Contractors and liaise with suppliers
• Liaise with sub-contractors
• Involvement in Stakeholder management
• Support the Project Manager and teams
• Support foremen and civil teams organizing transport, accommodation and liaising with subcontractors

To Be Successful:

• 2+ years industry experience (only those with relevant experience in a construction environment will be considered.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Degree qualification in Construction Management or related field will be highly regarded but is not essential
• A high level of commercial acumen
• An honest, open, yet ambitious team player
