About the role:

You will join the QLD Construction team to work on a variety of projects across a diverse range of sectors including Education, Retail, Aged Care & Retirement. Based in Head Office, you will complete tenders & cost plans, establish plans from concept to completion, and negotiate tenders & conditions.
  
About you:
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

• Tertiary qualifications in QS or similar
• 8-10 years as an Estimator/Cost Planner for a builder
• Thorough understanding of the QLD commercial construction industry & market trends
• Ability to communicate well, build relationships, maintain relations, and influence the business in a positive way
