Contracts Administration - Commercial

Our client is a leading provider of services to the construction and building industries based on the Mid North Coast a couple of hours north of Newcastle. Due to their growth and market demand, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contract Administrator to join their expanding team. This role will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to develop a career in a variety of property and infrastructure projects, from early planning and design to complex heavy engineering. You will also receive the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects and learn from an experienced team.

This role would suit a mid-level contracts administrator looking to grow their experience with some tier one or two construction projects, or an experienced person looking for a long-term and stable work environment. 

 Ideally you will have:
• Solid knowledge of sub contract/supplier procurement 
• Experience with Cheops software or similar is advantageous
• Experience working closely with the Site Managers, Project Managers & Construction Managers
• Several years experience in commercial  or multi-storey residential projects 
• Superior communication and organisational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
