We are seeking to retain the services of a well organised individual to assume the role of Installation and Service Coordinator for our Roller Shutter and Plantation Shutter product lines. Principally the role is to coordinate work orders between the company and the client ensuring that the tradesman's workmanship meets the highest company standards. You will also be responsible for scheduling and managing the day to day service operations for the respective portfolios.

Reporting to the State Production Manager and the General Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Roller Shutter and Plantation Shutter departments. Duties including but not limited to:

  • Contract administration after point of sale through to completion
  • Maintaining adequate trade resources to ensure contracts are completed on time and within the guidelines set by the company
  • Ensuring all work is carried out to the high standards required including pre and post installation follow up of orders to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Handling of incoming service enquires, including basic troubleshooting and scheduling of service and warranty work.
  • Stock and Inventory control
  • Tradesmen Invoicing
  • Database management.

You will be required to manually handle product in the warehouse and therefore must have the ability to operate in a physically demanding environment in a safe manner.

  • Experience in a similar role or one with a transferrable skill set.
