About the client
Our Client is one of the nation's most established integrated property developers. They specialise in commercial and apartment developments ranging in value from $50M - $100M+.
With long standing industry relationships, naturally all their sites run smoothly and without incident.
About the role
This small, boutique project will see you managing end-to-end project management, contract management, and site management for one of the groups private projects. You will provide advice, guidance and cost savings and ensure the project reaches quality practical completion.
Your duties will include managing trades, planning works, keeping the project on program, ordering materials and working to a high finish.
You will be working with the Project Manager and receive excellent on-site support and access to the best external consultants within industry.

Skills & experience
- Relevant construction experience as a Site Manager
- Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Trade/tertiary qualification (preferred)
- Extensive trade knowledge across all typical trades involved in commercial projects
- Experience with multi story concrete structures 4 levels and above
- Excellent communication skills and experience with MS Project
- Strong Leadership skills
- Strong capabilities in consulting with architects and structural engineers
- Experience with AFS or Dincel walls preferred
