About the Role: 
There is currently an opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to bring their knowledge to the existing, successful team. You will lead a team of Leading Hands and trades people to complete projects on time and to achieve customer satisfaction
 
Duties:

• Cost / quality control of completed projects
• Maintain integrity of build throughout site progress until completion
• Liaising with key internal and external stake holders throughout building process
• Oversee allocated site production performance
• Maintain and foster supplier/contractor relations
• Maintain OH & S onsite

  
Skills and Experience:  

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Currently be working with another leading home builder as a Supervisor or Leading Hand
• Have a proven record to deliver quality build homes to budget and on time
• Have strong OH & S standards
• A trade qualification would be an advantage
• Project Home Building experience desired, but not essential
