The applicants should possess the following qualities:
- Proven leadership ability at site level
- Ability to manage plant and labour
- Sound written and verbal communication skills including accurate record keeping
- Logical problem solving ability
- Practical survey knowledge
- Ability to mathematically calculate quantities
- Meet program dates using sound organisational skills
- Practical knowledge of earthworks, pavement construction and stormwater drainage.
We are seeking the services of a site supervisor/engineer for road and civil construction projects. The person we require must be disciplined, self motivated and possess sound organisational, technical and communication skills.
The position may suit applicants with a civil engineering background with limited site supervision experience who are willing and passionate to take on a site based role with mentoring and guidance provided.
A salary package will be negotiated.
