Facilities Coordinator, $37 per hour, Immediate start, Supportive Established Organisation, Minor Works
Your new company
A Not for Profit organisation based in the North is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join the team in coordinating reactive and preventative maintenance, contractors/ service providers, fleet vehicles, cleaning services and minor project works to the value of $50k. You will be overseeing a number of sites and directly reporting to the Facilities and Assets Manager, who will be providing constant assistance where necessary and ongoing support should you require.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Facilities Manager in facility operation coordination of both soft and hard services
- Preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance
- Minor building works to the value of $50k
- Daily management of external service providers and contractors
- Providing timely customer service to user groups and tenants
What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management, Building and Construction, Building Maintenance or relevant discipline
- Previous experience in the NFP space desirable
- Contract administration/ management experience
- Exceptional customer service skills working with a variety of stakeholders
- Experience in fleet management and office fit-outs desired
