Bradnam’s Windows and Doors is one of Australia’s most respected aluminium joinery manufacturers, supplying high quality product to architects, designers, builders and home renovators. Written applications are invited for the position of Commercial Estimator at our Toowoomba branch.

The responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Reading plans and performing accurate plan take offs.
• Read and interpret project specifications including product finishes, acoustic and energy requirements.
• Data entry and product design with an attention to detail
• Liaise with external suppliers
• Develop unassailable relationships with our builders, developers and architects.
• Create accurate material and labour budgets to produce accurate quotes
• Assist our sales representatives, production and project management teams with technical advice.
• Provide customers with a sound and innovative window and door solutions

This is a varied and challenging role requiring an independent, self motivated individual who is capable of setting and keeping schedules on our Commercial tenders.  You will have the ability to work under pressure, have a sense of urgency, be able to prioritise and have sound computer skills.  You will have a high attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills.
