A dynamic not for profit organisation is currently looking for a professional and efficient Project Manager to join their team as soon as possible in Kooyong on a 6-month contract. This role is based within their Property department as they are going through an extremely busy period and need the extra pair of hands. They are offering a salary of $120,000 package and has the possibility to be extended dependent on the project time scales.

Responsibilities include;

• Supporting project documentation such as work schedules, costs and budgets, risk plans and the stakeholder analysis
• Leading the project team and ensuring deadlines are met
• Actively engaging with stakeholders to analyse and understand their needs
• Organise and manage office closures, relocations and openings
• Complete regular project reports and updating the team along the process

Requirements;

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within Construction is desirable due to the pace of the projects. This organisation is looking for a candidate that will be able to join and hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
• An outstanding strategic thinker who is able to problem solve and work autonomously
• Experience project managing an office move/relocation
• An approachable team player that is motivated, energetic and flexible
