Your new company
This well known and award winning Construction Company is looking for a motivated and proactive safety officer to join their close knit team. A reputable organisation that is well known for their quality in delivering projects and team culture.

Your new role

• Conduct site inspections and ensure all staff members are complying to the WHS regulations
• Develop and implement the Work Health and Safety plans
• Report to management on all Work Health and Safety matters
• Incident investigation
• Workers compensation management
• Hazard and risk mitigation
• Liaising with subcontractors regarding safety

What you'll need to succeed

• Construction experience preferred
• Initiative and Proactive approach
• Effective communications skills both written and verbal
• Relevant health and safety qualifications
• Ability to build strong relationships
