Our client is a well-known shopfitter who is is known for delivering high-end luxury fit outs Australia-wide. With an already strong project pipeline and well-established relationships within the luxury retail space, they require an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
About the role:
Our client's new Project Manager will need to manage large scale projects (from $500k - $3m) while reporting back to various stakeholders and managing large budgets. They will be working closely with clients, architects, contractors and their in-house design team in achieve on target results with minimal fuss for their clients.
- Proven Australian experience as a Project Manager on luxury retail fit out or luxury commercial projects
- Degree qualification in a relevant field (Civil, Building or Architecture degree highly regarded)
- An approachable and persuasive nature
- Ability to read and amend plans (things are always up for improvement in the luxury space)
- A great track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
