Our industry leading client is seeking a driven and dedicated assistant project manager to join their growing project management team. Our client has a strong pipeline of Defence and Tertiary Educational projects in the Melbourne market.

Our client is a leading global organisation who has both a national and international presence providing services in a variety of property and construction related disciplines and who are now seeking an experienced assistant project manager to join their growing team.
Description
The successful applicant will be responsible for;
- Assisting a portfolio of projects from inception through to completion
- Ensuring all objectives in regards to project scope, deadlines, cost, quality, risk management, communications, human resource management, procurement and integration are met
- Effectively communicate and liaise with all internal and external stakeholders
- Contract management duties
Profile
The successful candidate will possess;
- Tertiary qualified in Construction Project Management/Engineering/Architecture or property.
- Experience in managing project from scope through to construction completion preferably in retail.
- Pro-active attitude, strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- You will have 1-3 years demonstrable experience in managing projects from inception through to completion.
- Strong contract management skills.
