The Role:
The primary purpose of this role is to help and support to the Project Development Team in the management of multiple high-end residential and mixed used developments. This generally includes project development activities, programming, preparation tender documentation, assisting on cost management and control, liaison with subcontractors and suppliers, contract administration and liaison with different stakeholders.
The Qualified Candidate:
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, be self-motivating and demonstrate the ability to work independently. Be flexible enough to take on challenges as well as respond to unexpected situations.
This opportunity would suit a candidate who wants to establish his career in the property development industry. Two years working experience in a property or construction industry for a builder or developer would be highly regarded but not a must condition.
To succeed in this role, candidates must have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications ideally in Property Development or Construction.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and commitments
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Excellent computer skills
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
