Our client is a dynamic and ambitious building company specialising in Residential Housing throughout the South East QLD corridor. They have been established for almost 20 years and have become a distinct competitor in the QLD housing industry. The Directors of this business are hands on and effective. They foster a family orientated yet hard working culture within their business and their employees value this work environment.
As the sales estimator you will be an analytical problem solver and will demonstrate excellent oral/written communication skills. You will work across a range of residential projects ensuring budgets and profits are met also management contracts and variations and backing up in production.
Our ideal candidate will display a minimum of 4 years Residential estimating experience and a minimum of 2 years in a sales estimating role with a volume builder. As an individual you will be a team player who embraces further development and enjoys a challenging role. A keen eye for detail is required and any trade or Construction related qualification will be highly regarded however is not essential.
