OUR CLIENT
Skillset Workforce is seeking applications for a dedicated Project Coordinator to assist a well-respected construction company located in Orange, NSW. This role is for an immediate start with full time hours, Mon-Fri.
This opportunity will appeal to an Administration and Project Assistant who is seeking a new challenge and career advancement within the construction industry whilst working locally in Orange, NSW.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Project Coordinator you will report to the Construction Team Leader and be responsible for coordinating projects, budgeting and quality standards.
Your duties will be varied and include;
- Project administration including project schedule management, document control, reporting and financial administration eg. Budget and Purchase Order maintenance
- Quality assurance testing
- Project risk and opportunity management
- Proactive problem solving
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERCIENCE REQUIRED
- Previous experience within the construction industry focusing on administration and project coordination
- Ideally have completed a Certificate in Project Management and/or Cert III Competitive Systems and Practice or similar
- Attention to detail
- High level organisational skills
