ABOUT US:

THE ROLE:
Our Sydney and Melbourne offices are currently looking for Project Coordinators to join our team. Reporting to the Contracts Manager/Project Manager, this role would suit an individual involved in the building industry with either project administration or site experience.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and distributing trade package tender documentation
- Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
- Maintaining document register including distribution to necessary stakeholders
- Assisting with progress claims and variations
- Assisting with finalisation of subcontracts
- Administration of RFIs to clients, consultants and sub-contractors
- Assisting the site team with onsite administration as required
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Up to 1-2 years’ experience in the building industry
- Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent; or currently studying construction
- Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills
- Willingness to learn
