The Company
Our company has been operating in the construction industry for 35 years based principally in NSW with an office in SA. Axis Constructions is a Principal Contractor for density and institutional buildings, industrial /commercial construction, health and recreational building, education and property development projects.
Position:
We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team. You will work alongside our current estimating department and our construction team. Tendering on commercial construction projects to the value of $3M.

Key Responsibilities
- Tendering on Commercial Construction Projects in various industries.
- Preparing BOQ and Take Offs
- Prepare documents and develop scope of works for subcontractors
- Follow up pricing from subcontractors
- Completing all Tender Schedules
- Attending Site Inspections
- Liaising with the construction team and their subcontractors
The Right Candidate
- Minimum 3 years experience with Estimating in the Construction Industry
- Previous Experience winning projects within NSW
- Knowledge of use with Buildsoft Preferred
- Knowledge of Building Plans and Specifications
- High Level of Computer Skills and Numeracy
- Very High Customer Focus
