Our client is a successful independent and expanding Project management consultancy who operate on the client side across several different market sectors and asset classes. They boast a successful track record delivering new build projects and major fit out works for leading development and key institutional clients.

The Opportunity
Due to recent growth and winning some major projects they are now seeking to recruit an experienced and client facing Senior Project Manager. The role will call for someone from a construction background and some client side PM experience (5-10 years' experience combined). It will focus on full construction and fit out work and you will be dealing with multiple projects at once.  

As Project Manager you will work collaboratively alongside colleagues but take a level of autonomous responsibility for your own portfolio of work in what is a very active, demanding and yet rewarding position.


The Candidate
Ideal candidates will have proven experience working for a project management consultancy delivering projects across any asset class, but experience within aged care, retail, education or health will be highly considered.  You must have a strong understanding of professional services & construction contracts along with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, a high ability to negotiate and communicate with senior and managerial level stakeholders
