YOUR Next Employer is mid level commercial builder whom have been operating for over 50 years within QLD, with a great reputation and excellent client base they continue to deliver quality projects. There main focus is retail, commercial and industrial where they are strong in this area and uphold there position for being a recognised builder. Due to continued growth across QLD they require a Senior Contract Administrator to join there team.

YOUR Role as an experienced Senior Contract Administrator will see you join their successful team. This role will see you as the point of contact in the office working with the Project Manager and being responsible for the management and administration of all commercial contracts as well as financial reporting and cost control.

YOUR Experience will centre around the following areas:

5 + years Contract Administrator background with tenure in your CV
You will demonstrate strong commercial project experience
Expert persuasive communication style
Team orientated and can-do attitude
High Attention to detail
Degree qualified in construction or a related field
Experience of using CHEOPS software for financial reporting
Able to work under pressure while maintaining strong attention to detail.
