- Deliver projects up to $100m
Your new role
As project manager for our client you will be exposed to some of the best construction managers in the business.
- You will deliver high end complex fitout projects for blue chip clients.
- Be fully accountable for all aspects of these projects
- Attend meetings with clients at pre tender stage through to procurement of subcontractors and project handover at its completion.
- Ensure the project is a successful profitable project for your employer
- The role will involve technical skills in construction
- Soft skills in terms of staff management, communication with external stakeholders and client management.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree qualified (Construction Management or Civil Engineering)
- Multiple successful projects behind you as a PM for a respected builder.
- At least 7 - 10 Years experience in the industry
- Ability to comfortably run a $50M project without assistance
- Strong previous employer references
- You will be a first rate communicator confident in your ability to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders from subcontractors to your client.
- Above all your attitude must reflect our client's culture which is positive, client facing and solutions focused
