So what are they looking for in terms of a Site Manager candidate?

• 1+ apartment projects under your belt as a Site Manager
• Strong experience in the residential/commercial apartment space as a trade, leading hand etc
• Ideally some experience/ exposure to basements
• A well-polished approach
• References

The builders that we work this are big believers in the no d1ckhead policy so it is important you also believe in this policy.
