Our client is a leading and very well-known new home builder located through-out Melbourne. They specialize in building houses in Geelong and surrounds.

This is a very busy role and you will need to be able to multi-task at a fast pace and keep on top of multiple trades, on site OHS management and push the project to the best of your ability. You will be someone who will drive the project to completion. The individual must be a team player, be able to fit in with a tight knit team.
 
Responsibilities for this position include:
• Cost/quality control
• Maintain product integrity
• Oversee allocated site production performance
• Maintain and foster supplier/contractor relation
• Maintain customer relations - Internal and External
  
The Candidate:
• A trade background or tertiary qualification in Construction / Engineering
• Experience of running volume / custom homes valued from $200K +

• Previous experience of managing large site teams
• Excellent time management
• Very good written and verbal communication
• Appropriate IT skills
