Our client is a reputable client-side development management consultancy with an active pipeline of built form projects, including residential, commercial, retail, hotels and student accommodation. 

They have secured a number of new projects and are looking for additional resources to support this growth.

The role
  
An exciting opportunity for an experienced PM to play a key role to lead major projects. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Lead, coordinate, management and tender projects
• Managing builders and consultants 
• Overseeing building programmes
• Managing budgets and time frames for project delivery 
• Meeting with development teams to achieve overall commercial outcomes of projects 
• Relationship and stakeholder management with JV partners, authorities, consultants and builders.

The Individual 

Experience required for this role includes:

• A property/building/construction degree
• Experience as a project manager on delivery of large scale projects
• Experience in builders/contractors are highly desirable 
• A keen interest in development
• Proven experience on multiple projects running concurrently
