- Project Manager 3-7 years experience
- Assist in delivery of New Build and Redevelopment projects
- Central Sydney based - Immediate start
They manage an extensive pipeline of projects from complex new builds, refurbishments, fit-outs, heritage works and services upgrades across Commercial Health, Education, Retail and infrastructure sectors.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will initially assist in the delivery of various projects up to $500million +.
You will assist with the coordination of design development, the appointment of consultants, tender management, contracts administration and project delivery.
To be successful in this role:

You will assist with the coordination of design development, the appointment of consultants, tender management, contracts administration and project delivery.
To be successful in this role:
- You will have construction project management experience
- experience in managing a project brief
- engagement of consultants
- progress & budget reporting
- You will have a completed a relevant tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, architecture, property or quantity surveying
Most importantly you will work well in a collaborative team environment and have excellent communication skills to manage internal stakeholder expectations.
