About the Role
Our Urban team deliver strategic town planning, development management and procurement solutions for some of Australia’s leading residential and urban regeneration projects, customised to meet the specific needs of each project and client.  

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who is driven to deliver outstanding results.  Your responsibilities will see you being involved in projects from concept to completion and will include client liaison, managing and developing client briefs, coordinating project resources, managing the design process and contract management.

To be considered for the position of Senior Project Manager you will have:

• A tertiary degree in Urban Development, Engineering, Architecture, Building Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Building, Planning, Project Management or Construction Management
• 5 plus years’ experience in project management including urban/land/master-planned communities etc
• Integrity, credibility and professionalism
• Consultative and an active listener
• Ability to build enduring relationships and excellent negotiation skills to deal with a broad range of public and private stakeholders
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise and multitask
• Proactive, self–motivated with the drive and commitment to make the difference to our clients. As the nature of our work is constantly evolving we need people who thrive on change!
