Bayne Recruitment are seeking an experienced concrete Foreman committed to quality and able to understand which project is on schedule for pours and which are lagging, needing additional labour to reach scheduled pour dates. 

Your job is to simply inspect formwork progress and ensure concrete pours are being done on time to a high quality. reporting to the owner, his focus is on each project meeting quality and  scheduled pour dates.

The successful applicant will be proficient in the following: 

1. Experienced in the supervision of similar works

2. Knowledge of MPa and Concrete types

3. Excellent communication skills 

4. Excellent leadership skills as you will inspect formwork prior to pours and oversee the quality of concrete pours on the day,

5. Excellent organisational skills 

6. Organise and report of core testing

Typical duties include but are not restricted to;

• Inspect multiple crews work between different job sites on any given time with a positive approach
• Manage Quality, Environment and Safety across all job sites
• "On the go" decision making to determine the best course of action on a given job, while making considerations for quality
• liaise with all stakeholders including/ Concrete suppliers/ members of the public and clients
