Skills Required
- Strong experience in commercial construction - exposure to structural, concrete, all services packages.
- 2-8 years as a PM in Sydney's construction industry.
- Established relationships with subcontractors & suppliers.
- Relevant tertiary qualification, trade certificate and/or registered builder.
- Strong programming, man management and communication skills.
- Excellent tenure with employers.
- Experience on projects over $5m as the primary project manager.
- Ability to impress clients.
- An attention for detail.
- Technologically savvy - experience on latest software an advantage.
The Opportunity

- Supervising and coordinating site managers, contracts administrators and sub-contractors to ensure satisfactory completion of works.
- Manage large projects and progress on to even bigger ones.
- Manage projects that will truly test you.
- Monitor and review programs.
- Consult with sub-contractor with issues.
- Implementing short-term programs of work.
