Your new company
I am working alongside one of my best clients, the director has worked his way up from being on the tools & respects everyone from management through labourers. Turnover is non existent My client is breaking through to Tier 2 space, working for a select group of loyal clients, while building their own projects which they hold and lease. This business plan has them poised in a unique position within the market where they’re able to fund their own projects working to margins other builders can only dream about. The result of this success flows down to staff from the generous boss, who shares in his success. Currently the company is made up on 10 full-time staff, they’re currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team.
Your new role
- All client liaison and negotiation, construction programming, planning, budgeting and financial reporting
- Timely delivering of a fast tracked project with a national client
- Delivering projects within building regulations and company standards
- Supported by a contract administrator & site manager
What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum of 5 years local experience in Australia
- Prior experience in a Project Manager role
- Experience delivering projects upwards of $10M
- Tertiary qualified
- Strong time management and communication skills
- A strong work ethic
- Attention to detail
