We are a successful boutique design and project management company specialising in commercial fit outs, particularly office, retail, education and refurbishments . We are a growing company who have a great management team passionate about their work. We are based in Sydney city fringe and work nationwide.
We are looking for a junior to mid-level site foreman to join our young, dynamic and motivated team.
About the role
We require a junior to mid-level (double up) site foreman to manage site predominately in CBD, North Sydney and city fringe area in value from $200K - $3M. At times, you will be required to manage more than one site at a time.
Duties include:
- Manage site safety and WHS
- Conduct site inductions and tool box talks
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors
- Manage programme
- Manage day to day activities sites

Skills and experience
Skills and experience include:
- Experience as a site supervisor on commercial and refurbishment projects – 2 to 5 years experience
- Have a good understanding of architectural drawings and details
- Ability to build strong relationships with trades and subcontractors
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage trades on site
- White card required
- Basic knowledge of MS Office – Word, Outlook, Excel
