This employer is well established in Victoria, with interests across Australia. They have a partnership with one of the icons of Australian construction which provides unrivalled opportunities with a range of blue chip clients across the private and public sectors. They have undergone sustained and organic growth over the past 5 years and are entering their next phase of evolution and are seeking a career CA professional at a senior level.
In this key Senior CA role your key accountabilities will include:
- Implementation and management of financial & contractual processes on your nominated project
- Implementation of standard procedures, including management of Risk And Opportunity aspects of the project including programming & procurement schedules
- Monitor all aspects of the project to ensure compliance with the Contractor, including preparation of all contractual correspondence
- Mentorship and development of junior members of the CA team and provide higher level commercial risk advice to the management team as required.
In terms of experience you should have a substantial track record over several years administering commercial build projects within Victoria, ideally with a Tier Two or Three employer. With medium term career options in Commercial Management or this is a great career opportunity with a emerging force in the commercial sector within Melbourne.
